RULES OF THE FESTIVAL
1- Short films 45 minutes or less in length. We welcome featurette films in a specific category. There is no lower limit on run time.
2- Foreign language films must be made available with the original language soundtrack and English subtitles.
3- All films must be submitted as a secure online screener such as Vimeo, Youtube, etc... Once the first submission link has been received, it is not guaranteed that subsequent updates will be viewed.
4- Short and feature films must have been completed after 2014.
5- By submitting your film to the festival you agree that if your film is selected for inclusion in our screenings, we have permission to screen it in a cinema during the dates of the events listed. If you do not want your film included for any reason you must inform us within TWO working days of the final submission deadline.
6- Events will be held in Lithuania. If it is not possible, it will be held in Indonesia or Turkey. If the pandemic is still continuing, closed screening can be made.
7- For short films, we do not have a premiere policy.
8- No pornography. Explicit sexual or extreme nude content will result in disqualification.
9- Finalist films will be screened in a theatre.
10- Submitted films can't be withdrawn from competitive sections. Once accepted and confirmed, no film can be removed from the festival.
11-Notifications will be emailed. All correspondence will be done through email, only through the original submitter. Please insure that you have provided us with your correct/valid email and a valid phone number.
12- Entrants are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, royalties, release forms, clearances, and permits necessary to present their work. Iconic Images Film Festival is not responsible for any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, or royalty infringement related to the work.
13. It is free to send awards within the country. Shipping costs are charged for all other countries. Please refer to our official website for shipping fees.
